Pre-Order Process
When ordering Made to Order/Pre-order items, these items will adhere to the same custom order policies and guidelines below.
Custom Creations are made on a theme freestyle basis ONLY; due to supply and demand, we create designs based on supplies that are readily available in the studio. JusBrooklyn does NOT accept items to be sent to us to create designs; however, clients are welcome to choose from any design that we are currently creating at JusBrooklyn (trust your Artist and her endless eclectic creative flow)

No item is duplicated each item is one of a kind.

Turnaround time for custom order is 8-10 weeks with a maximum of 12 weeks if additional supplies and time is needed to complete the order. Shipping is 7-14 business days from the date of completion, during high peak times shipping can be delayed up to 21 business days

Tracking is generally sent prior which ensures the completion of the order, shipping is 𝐍𝐨𝐭 included within the preorder timeframe (please refer to our Shipping Policy for details)

The designer reserves the right to decline any order that does not comply with JusBrooklyn custom order policy.
Please note custom orders do NOT supersede the overall flow of JusBrooklyn Fashions. We will still continue to create items for our general public and create custom designs simultaneously.
We do not accept rush orders at this time; as there is only 1 Designer at JusBrooklyn the timeframe must be adhered to.
Custom Orders are NEVER part of any Sale or Promotion

Shipping and Tracking
Do you provide International Shipping?
JusBrooklyn ships merchandise to locations within the United States and the rest of the World.
How long until I receive my order?
All items are handmade unless otherwise specified and processed within 7-14 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends).
Our general shipping day of the week is Friday.
During holidays, sales, or peak times of the year there will most likely be a delay in shipping up to 21 days (excluding weekends) in addition to the 7-14 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has partially or completely been processed tracking information will be sent via email, you are then able to track your package using the shipping carrier stated in the email.
Once we create your tracking information it can take up to 24 hours for the shipping carrier to update their system. We suggest waiting a day to track your package. All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, and Fedex.
After postal service has received your package, all delays or postal issues much be handled through your local carrier.
Help I added the wrong address?
Unfortunately JusBrooklyn is not liable for addresses that are not updated during the time of purchase.
My package was lost or stolen?
These instances are so unfortunate, once your item leaves our facility it is the responsibility of the carrier to open a case for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the proper carrier to process your claim.
JusBrooklyn is not responsible for clients negation to thourougly review all shop policies prior to purchase.
